  In Memory of Amanda Davis/Spill – Supporting Allies Mid Devon

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Amanda Davis/Spill, co-founder of Allies Mid Devon. Amanda passed away peacefully at home, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, kindness, and passion for her community. Our deepest sympathies go out to her sister, son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and extended family, as well as her many friends who will feel her loss profoundly. Amanda was well-known throughout Tiverton, having moved from Seaton some years ago. She quickly became a familiar and much-loved figure in the community, making a lasting impact through her involvement in various local initiatives.

Amanda was a passionate, independent, and strong-willed woman who deeply cared for the people around her. She dedicated her time and energy to causes she believed in, always striving to make a difference. She had a big heart and a kind nature, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement. Her love of life was evident in everything she did—whether it was supporting her local community, enjoying jazz music, or indulging in her love for good food. She was always keen to meet up with friends over coffee and cake or enjoy a lively conversation over lunch.

Amanda’s contributions to Allies Mid Devon were truly remarkable. Through this organisation, she was able to channel her determination and vision into improving the local community. She had big dreams for Westexe Rec in Tiverton, and we are committed to honouring her memory by making those dreams a reality.

In tribute to Amanda, we are raising funds in aid of Allies Mid Devon, and every donation will help continue the work she was so passionate about. Amanda’s vision for Westexe Rec included:
